How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on your selected delivery interval and products will be automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.

Terms of the Subscription with Delivery

• Freedom to Modify or Cancel: You have the possibility to modify or cancel your subscription at any time after the first 6 months without any further obligation.

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews every month on the 12th day.

• Delivery Window: Deliveries are made regularly between the 14th and 17th day of each month.

• Initial Orders: If you place your initial order before the 1st of the month, you will receive your first delivery during the current cycle, i.e., between the 14th and 30th day of the same month. After that, your deliveries will follow the regular schedule, in the middle of each month.

This ensures that you receive your products consistently and without interruption, while giving you the flexibility to manage your subscription as needed.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription after the first 6 months in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The customer portal is accessible via the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your store.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the Edit button in the product sheet and modify, delete, or add products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
